What is collected. This site has no contact form, newsletter or user accounts. Contact is by email, at your initiative. If you write, I process the personal data you choose to include: name, email address, and anything in your message.
The hosting provider also records standard technical data, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, in server logs, as any web server does.
Why. To reply to your enquiry, discuss possible work, and keep records of professional correspondence. Nothing is used for advertising, profiling or automated decision-making, and nothing is sold or rented.
Legal basis. Your consent, given by contacting me, and the legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries. Where correspondence leads to an engagement, processing is necessary for performance of a contract.
How long. Correspondence is kept while a conversation is active and for as long afterwards as is needed for professional or tax records. You may ask for deletion at any time.
Who else sees it. No data is transferred to third parties except the providers needed to run the site and email, who act as processors: Webflow, Inc. (website hosting, United States), Cloudflare, Inc. (media file delivery, United States) and fadel@fadelcreative.com (email hosting).
Transfers outside the European Economic Area are covered by the safeguards these providers offer, including Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Write to fadel@fadelcreative.com. If you believe your data has been handled improperly, you may lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
This site uses only cookies strictly necessary for it to function, set by the hosting platform. It does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so no consent banner is shown.
